Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dr. CAPI website and any related landing pages, forms, and free resources (the "Site"), operated by Sid Mehandru. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement to these terms

If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time (see Section 14).

2. Who we are & what we provide

Dr. CAPI offers Meta Conversions API and tracking consulting services and related educational content. The Site provides information about these services and lets you request a free tracking audit or book a call. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal; these Terms cover use of the Site itself.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to do so.

4. Use of the website

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

  • submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authorisation;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
  • copy, scrape, or use the Site's content except as permitted in Section 8;
  • use the Site to send spam or unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

5. Free audits & consultations

Any free tracking audit, review, or consultation is provided for general informational purposes to help you understand your setup. It does not create a client relationship on its own, is provided "as is," and may be limited in scope. We may decline or discontinue a free audit at our discretion.

6. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any specific business outcome. Improving tracking and data quality can support better advertising measurement and optimisation, but results depend on many factors outside our control — including your offer, funnel, ad spend, creative, market, and the policies and algorithms of third-party platforms. Nothing on the Site is a promise of increased leads, sales, ROAS, or revenue, and nothing on the Site is financial, legal, or tax advice.

7. Third-party platforms & services

Our services involve third-party platforms and tools such as Meta, Google, CRMs, and scheduling software. We do not control these platforms, their availability, or their policies, and we are not responsible for changes they make or for their acts or omissions. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the "Dr. CAPI" name and mark, and design — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view the Site for your own informational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

9. Bookings & communications

When you submit a form or book a call, you agree we may contact you about your request using the details you provide. Marketing communications are optional and you can unsubscribe at any time. Scheduling and messaging may be handled by third-party tools Calendly and GoHighLevel.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and all free content and audits are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. CAPI and Sid Mehandru will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to the Site is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. CAPI and Sid Mehandru from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

14. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Contact us
